1. About the platform

ClearDocx BH is a marketplace that connects clients with independent service providers in Bahrain. The services themselves are supplied by the providers, not by ClearDocx BH, and each provider is responsible for the work they deliver.

2. Requests and quotes

Clients may post requests and receive quotes from verified providers. A job is only agreed when a quote, its scope and its timeline have been accepted in writing through the platform.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners in Bahraini dinars. Where a holding arrangement applies to a job, the amount is kept aside while the work is completed and is released to the provider after the client confirms the work, or applied according to the outcome of a dispute.

4. Provider responsibilities

Providers must hold a valid Commercial Registration (CR) or Sijili registration and any licence their service legally requires in Bahrain. Listings, prices and timelines must be accurate, and providers must only accept work they are qualified to complete.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients must describe their requests honestly, provide the documents and information a job needs, and review delivered work within a reasonable time so payments are not delayed unfairly.

6. Disputes

If a client believes the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, they may open a dispute before approving it. ClearDocx BH will review the agreed scope, communications and delivered work and decide a fair outcome, which may include a refund under the Refund Policy.

7. Liability

ClearDocx BH works to keep the platform safe and providers verified, but it is not a party to the contract between a client and a provider for a specific job, and is not liable for a provider’s work beyond the dispute and refund processes described in these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
