Quick answers about hiring, payments and providers
The essentials, in plain language. If your question is not covered here, contact us and we will help.
How does the payment protection work?
When you accept a quote, you pay through a secure method and the amount is held while the provider works. It is released to the provider only after you review the work and confirm it matches the agreed scope.
Which payment methods are supported in Bahrain?
BenefitPay, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and direct bank transfer for larger or corporate jobs. All prices and payments are in Bahraini dinars (BHD).
How do I register as a service provider?
Go to the Join as a Provider page and register your interest. You will need a valid Commercial Registration (CR) or Sijili registration and a Bahrain ID; your documents are reviewed before your profile goes live.
What if there is a disagreement with a provider?
Open a dispute from your request instead of approving the work. The payment stays held while our team reviews the agreed scope, the message history and the delivered work, and then issues a decision or a refund where appropriate.
How is pricing decided?
Every service shows a starting (“from”) price. Your exact quote depends on the scope of your job and is confirmed in writing by the provider before you pay anything.
Which languages do you support?
The website is in English, and most providers work in both Arabic and English. If you need help in Arabic, contact us and we will respond in the language you used.
