How It Works
From request to finished work in four steps
ClearDocx BH is built around one simple idea: agree everything in writing first, keep the payment protected while the work is done, and release it only when the job is finished.
Step 1 — Browse services or post a request
Start from a ready service with a published starting price, or post a request describing your job: what you need, your budget range in BHD, and when you need it done.
Step 2 — Compare quotes
Verified providers in the right category respond with quotes. Compare the price, the timeline and what each quote actually includes, and ask questions before you choose.
Step 3 — Agree the scope and pay securely
Once you accept a quote, the scope, price and timeline are fixed in writing. You then pay through a secure local method, and the amount is held while the provider completes the work.
Step 4 — Approve the work and release payment
Review the finished work against the agreed scope. When it matches, you confirm approval and the payment is released to the provider. If something is missing, raise it before you approve — that is what the holding step is for.
Questions people ask us
Is it free to post a request?
Yes. Posting a request and receiving quotes costs nothing. You only pay when you accept a provider’s quote and the work is set up.
How are providers checked?
Every provider is checked against a Commercial Registration (CR) or a Sijili registration, and the responsible person confirms their identity with a Bahrain ID.
Which payment methods can I use?
BenefitPay, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and bank transfer for larger projects. All amounts are in Bahraini dinars.
What if the work does not match what was agreed?
Do not approve it. Raise a dispute from your request, the payment stays held, and our team reviews the agreed scope, the messages and the delivered work before deciding the outcome.
Can I hire for a small one-off job?
Yes. The same process covers a single document attestation, a one-page logo job, or a full company setup — the size of the job does not change the protection.
